If you are unfamiliar with Target Mobile coupons, they are coupons you receive via your web-enabled phone. Yes, that applies to those of you with internet access on your cell phones. You can sign-up here for Target Mobile Coupons. It’ll take 1-2 weeks to get your first coupons on your phone. Once you get your coupons on your mobile phone, you can buy which ever items you want that the coupons apply to, then show your cashier the coupon bar code on your phone for them to scan. That’s it!
